MD Grant Walkey has over 20 years experience in the operational and educational areas of lifesaving, Search and rescue (SAR) and health and safety, this includes:

RNLI Clinical Training Manager
Grant teaches for a number of faculties and organisations and these include: South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS), World Extreme Medicine (WEM), Anesthesia and Critical Care (ATACC), Saviour Medical, Red Square Medical and SLS GB.
Trident Training and Consultancy
Trident Training and Consultancy specialise in the rescue, medical and safety industries. We develop and deliver bespoke training to suit operational needs and advise on strategies to help in preventative and reactive interventions.
RESCUE
Trident has been involved in various rescue fields ranging from the onshore to offshore including beach, cliff and maritime.
Operations on land includes, fires, RTC, vehicle, USAR, working from height and inland flooding.
Trident has experience of major incidents including the Boscastle Floods, triage situations and working as a water incident manager (WIM).
MEDICAL
Trident has an extensive background in medical operations and training.
This includes working front line as a paramedic, working as a maritime medic with the RNLI and COVID PCR testing for the maritime industry.
Training staff and volunteers in various medical courses includes EFAW, FA@W, Intermediate Emergency Care, Casualty Care (UK SAR Level 3) and beach lifeguard training.
SAFETY
Trident can provide safety training and consultancy on request. We have experience in a range of health and Safety requirements including designing safety management systems to producing company risk assessments.
Being an IOSH member and NEBOSH qualified Trident can provide advice on all SHE related topics especially linked to fire, risk assessment and COVID 19 complient needs.
